Holy Cross Women's Hockey Ties UMass Boston, 4-4, in Overtime

WORCESTER, Mass.¬ – Freshman forward Stacey Hochkins (New Boston, Mich.) scored two goals as the Holy Cross women’s ice hockey team tied UMass Boston, 4-4, Sunday evening at the Hart Center in ECAC East action. With the tie, the Crusaders are now 3-0-1 overall (3-0-1 ECAC East), while the Beacons are now 2-1-1 (2-1-1 ECAC East).

Zitek's Hat Trick Leads Manhattanville to 8-1 Win

RYE, N.Y. – Senior assistant captain Natalie Zitek (Charleston, W.Va.) recorded the first hat trick of her collegiate career and added an assist all in the first period as the Manhattanville women’s hockey team cruised to an 8-1 victory over the University of Massachusetts-Boston in ECAC East Conference action on Saturday night at Playland Ice Casino.

Spartans fall 4-1 to Southern Maine

Rutland, VT –Southern Maine jumped out to a 2-0 first period lead and never looked back as the Huskies downed Castleton 4-1 in ECAC East action. Castleton was able to cut the lead to 2-1 in the second period before allowing two more goals in the third period.
