UNION, N.J. (May 10, 2009) - Rutgers University-Camden bounced back from a loss earlier in the day to rally past Montclair State University, 6-4, as the Lady Raptors won the 2009 ECAC Division III Metro Softball Championship at Kean University Sunday. It was the first ECAC Metro title for the Lady Raptors, who finished their season at 26-19.

SCHENECTADY, NY – For the third consecutive year the Union College softball team claimed the ECAC DIII Championship. The top-seeded Dutchwomen went a perfect 3-0 during the tournament and knocked off fourth-seeded RPI, 9-4, in the title game.

WALTHAM, Mass. - The Brandeis University softball team won the ECAC Division III New England tournament championship in dramatic fashion today, as the Judges defeated Keene State College, 6-5, in the championship game by scoring three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning.
