New Haven, Conn. - Towson University won the 2009 ECAC Division I Women's Gymnastics Championship today at Yale University's Payne Whitney Gymnasium.  The victory marks the fifth consecutive time that Towson has won the team competition. 

The Tigers finished with an overall score of 193.325, beating out runner-up Cornell University with a score of 193.050.  Temple University placed third in the seven-team competition with an overall score of 191.475.
